Our Mission
Pack Pet Resort is a locally and family-owned pet resort that caters to your furry family members. Pack Pet Resort’s mission is to love and care for your pets as if they were our own by providing a safe, clean and interactive environment, providing exemplary customer experiences, creating opportunities for our team members, and fostering growth and sustainability in the communities we serve.
Pack Team Training & Certifications
Each team member at Pack completes comprehensive online training on dog language and group play created by the world’s premier pet care advisors, the Dog Gurus. These courses help us communicate with and understand the pets in our care. Plus, this training will ensure our team gains the skills they need to avoid unnecessary injuries, stop unwanted behavior, and provide a fun and playful environment for your pets! Our team also undergoes hands-on facility training every single day. With regular seminars on dog language, group play management, customer service, safety, and health, we are proud to be a teaching and education-based facility. In addition to the required training for our staff, we also provide opportunities for our staff to receive certificates in pet CPR & First Aid. This course is a combination of online and in-person training that we teach at our facility. One of Pack’s managers is our facility’s CPR & First Aid Instructor, so we have constant medical resources and learning through in-house knowledge and teachings.
Facility
Pack Pet Resort is a state-of-the-art 13,000-square-foot daycare, boarding, and grooming facility on over 3 acres. We are conveniently located one block from Independence Blvd. in Indian Trail, North Carolina. Our daycare and boarding suites are spacious. We offer three separate kennel rooms with low ceilings for noise control. Our hospital-grade no-skid floors are featured in the indoor playroom and training room. Our play yards are beautifully fenced and feature K9 artificial grass. Pets enjoy play equipment, boulders, large shades, and automatically filling water bowls. We offer a separate cat area with temperature-controlled rooms, large windows for sunshine, and a view of our play yards and woods. Cats relax in window seats with play equipment, blankets, hammocks, and litter boxes. They get ample shared time out to explore and relax. In the case of inclement weather, pets run and play in our large indoor playroom.
